Day of Giving
Day of Giving is a biannual community service event, held in the fall and spring each year, designed for League members to contribute to local agencies with the support of our organization’s trained volunteers. Our goal is to support local agencies in tangible and significant ways by addressing needs that can be fulfilled within a single three-hour shift.
Projects may include organizing office spaces, food pantries, and clothes closets, as well as painting, planting gardens, engaging with agency residents or children, assisting with events, and improving nonprofit facilities across Fort Worth. Each fall and spring, local nonprofits apply to be selected as project sites where volunteers are placed during the service day.
Applications open on Saturday, August 1

Fall: Saturday, November 7, 2026

Spring: Saturday, April 10, 2027
