Day of Giving is a community service day held in the fall and spring of each year that was created for League members to give back while allowing local agencies to benefit from our organization’s trained volunteers. Our goal is to support local agencies in tangible and significant ways through responding to needs that can be completed in one day during a single three-hour (3) shift. These projects may include organizing office space/food pantries/clothes closets, painting, planting gardens, working with residents or children, assisting with events and cleaning or improving non-profit facilities across Fort Worth.
We encourage you to submit an application online at www.juniorleaguefw.org/day-of-giving/ by Friday, September 21. All applications will be reviewed at that time. You will be notified whether the application is approved by Friday, October 5.
